Plant Manager Manufacturing

Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to address production challenges.
Supervise and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

A successful Plant Manager - Metals Fabrication should have:
Strong knowledge of metals fabrication processes within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry - 10 years of experience in metal fabrication including supervisory and leadership roles is required
Strong technical understanding of fabrication, welding, and blueprint reading
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams and production schedules under tight deadlines.
Experience in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
Competitive base salary of $80000 - $100000 CAD.
