Duties
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle cash management responsibilities, including cash handling and reconciliation.
Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to process transactions and manage inventory.
Maintain an organized store layout that promotes product visibility and accessibility.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for financial transactions.
Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient operations.
Excellent team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and scheduling efficiently.
