Field Service Manager
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and service to our customers. You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Applying safety rules and safe practices, as well as environmental responsibilities during all service activities.
Leading Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities at customer sites and reporting unsafe practices and incidents to ensure a safe working environment.
Identifying new service business opportunities in close cooperation with customers and ABB teams.
Coaching technicians and engineers, and supervising complex site activities and developing, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to colleagues. Acting as a trainer when needed, for both team members and customers.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within robotics, automation, industrial machinery, or electromechanical service environments.
You possess enhanced knowledge of electronics, followed by strong electrical, mechanical, or programming capabilities, and can apply these in troubleshooting and system repair.
You are passionate about problem-solving, customer communication, relationship-building, and bringing an innovative, solutions-focused mindset to complex technical challenges.
You hold a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent proven industry experience.
You hold all required valid driver's licenses for travel in Ontario and Western Canada.
You maintain strong communication skills and excel at building positive customer relationships.

ABB may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools as part of its recruitment and selection processes. These tools are used solely to support and enhance decision-making; While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $73,275 and $107,470 annually and is bonus eligible.
