TFG is committed to growth and innovation in the fasteners and tools industry, offering a wide range of products for various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and industrial. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team and oversee at our ONO Work and Safety Ltd. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, driving growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Oversee branch operations, including customer service, inventory management and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Coordinating with the outside sales team to ensure customer commitments and requirements are being achieved.
Establish a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and leading by example aligned with the company's core values.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to drive individual and team growth.
Ensure that team members are trained and comply with company policies and operational procedures. Work closely with senior management to present and execute corporate strategies for the branch.
3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a branch or operational management capacity.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service excellence.
- Experience managing inventory, warehousing and day-to-day branch operations.
- Proficiency with ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
