Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FullTime

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis (30 hours per week). The LPN will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized care to clients in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management

Monitor, evaluate, and document clients conditions and progress

Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to plan and implement care

Provide health education and emotional support to clients and their families

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with privacy regulations

Support infection control, safety procedures, and quality assurance practices

Qualifications:

Current registration and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN)

Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing Program

Experience in clinical or community care settings preferred

CPR certification (Basic Life Support)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compassionate and professional approach to patient care

Working Conditions:

Full-time: 30 hours per week (schedule to be determined)

Based in Regina.
