As our newest Optical Receptionist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. This position is a full-time , permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Saturday.
Checking patients both in and out of the office
Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
Administering pre-testing services
Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
