Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Parts Manager to join the team at Bolton Toyota .
Have experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment.
Pay Rate: Estimated earnings can range from $60,000 - $100,000 inclusive of salary and bonus.
Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Conduct reviews of inventory/storage to ensure effective use of spacing.
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Monitor and analyze parts department performance against established financial goals.
Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Generate accurate and timely reports on parts department performance.
Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control
Minimum three (3) years relevant parts management experience in a Dealership environment
Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Inventory management and product knowledge
