Assistant Controller Accounting

Our client, a fast growing sustainable company , is looking for a motivated Assistant Controller to join its finance team.
Depending on performance, commitment and skills development, the Assistant Controller could evolve into more extensive responsibilities.
Assistant Controller
Hybrid (2 days a week at the Montreal office)
- A competitive salary, an annual bonus, full benefits and pension coverage from your start date.
- The Assistant-Controller will be responsible for providing critical support to the financial control functions while helping to maintain the financial integrity of the company.
Supervise the general accounting team
- Analyzes financial data
- Keeps financial data up to date by identifying and explaining variances
- Provides support to managers by participating in various files and strategic projects as needed
- Develops optimized analysis models to facilitate decision-making.
- Travel 2-3 weeks/year for a special project in the USA
- CPA, a major asset
- Be Bilingual (French and English) and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
