Full-Time (5 Days/Week)
Nufloors Quesnel is a locally trusted flooring retailer serving the Quesnel community with quality products and expert advice. We help customers find the right flooring solutions for their homes and businesses, offering a wide selection including carpet, hardwood, tile, and more.
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers to guide them through the flooring selection process and ensure a positive, professional experience from start to finish.
20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Stable, full-time schedule (5 days per week)
- Ongoing product training
Store hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
~Flexible scheduling within store hours
Greet customers and provide in-store service
- Assist customers with flooring selection (carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and process sales
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
- Maintain showroom organization and product displays
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (flooring or home improvement is an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
