Business Administration Analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of finance?
As a Business Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting digital initiatives across across the organisation. This includes the implementation of new platforms in transaction management, advancing CyberSecurity, and supporting the IT Operations team.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Business Process Modeling: Map current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications while documenting workflows and data flows.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
Testing & Validation: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to high-level data modeling and support reporting enhancements.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies and contribute to governance initiatives.
Business analysis experience in Financial Services or Investment Management.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to bridge business and technical teams.
Proven track record in producing clear documentation including business requirements and process flows.
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.
