The Warehouse Worker is responsible for sorting incoming/outgoing warehouse product with or without material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Pay Range: $17.00 ( Base Minimum) - $24.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift – Monday to Friday 6:00 A M – 2:30 P M

Unloads and breaks down freight (eg. trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.)

• Sorts and organizes freight
• Operate various types of material handling equipment
• Sort, repack, and label freight
• Basic ability to read, count and use R F Scanner technology (training provided)
• Remove items from sorting bins, scan and place onto conveyor belt
• Remove items from packing bins, scan items using R F Scanner for accuracy, produce packing list and bag items
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)

• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (ie electric pallet jack)
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/ Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
