Superviser tous les aspects de l’exploitation des magasins afin de stimuler les ventes, de contrôler les dépenses et de réduire au minimum les pertes et les dommages. Recruter, former, perfectionner et gérer une grande équipe d’associés et de directeurs adjoints. Servir de modèle et assurer un développement adapté aux directeurs adjoints de magasin afin de s’assurer qu’ils sont prêts à être promus à des postes de directeur de magasin.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans créatifs pour augmenter les ventes du magasin. Formuler des recommandations au directeur de district sur l’assortiment de la marchandise, les niveaux des stocks et les données démographiques des clients. Examiner les rapports du magasin, effectuer des tournées d’inspection, des vérifications et organiser des réunions sur les programmes avec les associés.
Élaborer et diffuser des plans d’action pour les initiatives en magasin, en définissant les projets, les objectifs et les priorités à respecter.
Vous disposez d’un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail, en tant que directeur de magasin ou de district, dans des environnements dynamiques et à forte fréquentation, et vous avez réussi à gérer et à réaliser des chiffres d’affaires importants.
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de l’exploitation des magasins, y compris le service à la clientèle, le marchandisage, la gestion du personnel, la santé et la sécurité, et la prévention des pertes.
