We’re looking for a permanent full-time Receptionist/Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Kamloops office. As a Receptionist/Junior Administrative Assistant at TRUE, you’ll be joining a collaborative, diverse team in an inspiring work environment. Answering and directing phone calls
Sorting, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and courier
Ordering and upkeep of office supplies
Providing support to administrative staff
Running office errands
Preparing correspondence and contract documents

Professional and friendly telephone manner
Experience with multi-line switchboard
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Strong verbal and written communication skills both on the phone and in person
Post-secondary Administrative Assistant certificate or diploma, or related experience considered an asset
Attention to detail and quality in your work
A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License is required
