We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead supplier readiness efforts for new product introductions (NPI). This position requires significant travel to support on-site activities and interventions. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones to meet internal and external deliverables.

Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and readiness requirements.

Monitor project status and escalate risks or issues as necessary.

Facilitate resolution of technical, supply chain, and production challenges.

Conduct supplier assessments, evaluate capabilities, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Drive supplier accountability to achieve delivery and performance targets.

Support manufacturing process implementation, including tooling, equipment, and documentation readiness.

Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply base.

5-10 years of experience in supply chain, project management, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or similarly complex industries.

• Strong knowledge of supplier development, procurement, and production readiness.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and project tracking tools.
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel extensively.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards and aerospace industry practices.
