Security Guard
Site: Nike Canada Warehouse - 260 Brimley Road, Scarborough
Hours: Monday to Friday (2300-0700hrs)

Site Description : Nike is a world leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and selling of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services. Nike sponsors many high-profile athletes and sports teams around the world, with their highly recognized trademarks of " Just Do It " and the Swoosh logo. The NIKE Canada Customer Service Centre is located in Scarborough, near Eglinton Avenue East and Brimley Rd.
Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Perform regular security checks of the property, including parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
- Control access at entry points and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures, including monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches promptly to the management team.
- Complete daily logs and security reports, documenting any unusual occurrences.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and security equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Cooperate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities as needed.
- Must be able to commute to the pre-deployment training (3 of 5 training days)
- Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
- Must have a Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must be proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of 2 doses-proof required.
