Ce que vous ferez au quotidien
Assurer le suivi du recrutement jusqu’à l’intégration
Piloter votre activité (pipeline, délais, satisfaction)
Vous avez une expérience en développement commercial en B TO B, recrutement (cabinet, entreprise, intérim, RPO, ESN…), RH avec forte dimension acquisition de talents et/ou vous avez un projet de reconversion professionnelle
Vous avez une fibre commerciale / relation client (ou l’envie de la développer)
Vous appréciez les environnements structurés et l’amélioration continue
