Relevant du chef de base le superviseur du service en vol occupe un rôle phare aux yeux du personnel navigant commercial (PNC). Le superviseur du service en vol est appelé à mobiliser informer et encadrer lensemble des membres déquipages sur une base quotidienne. Le superviseur du service en vol est au cœur des opérations afin de soutenir les équipes de déceler toutes problématiques et/ou irrégularités entourant les opérations du service en vol afin de proposer des solutions visionnaires en ayant à cœur la réalité du PNC. Le superviseur du service en vol connait parfaitement la réalité terrain et simplique activement face à lamélioration continue des processus et procédures entourant lexpérience client et celui des employés.
Les responsabilités du superviseur du service en vol se catégorisent en deux jalons importants
Effectue des visites opérationnelles régulières et sporadiques afin de valider lapplication des règlements de laviation Canadienne de la sécurité du milieu de travail et des normes de service de lentreprise. Révise les différents rapports administratifs qui sont envoyés par le personnel navigant commercial (rapports de vol rapport daccident / incident de passager rapport de blessure etc.) Les responsabilités du superviseur du service en vol se catégorisent en deux jalons importants
Administre les comptes de dépenses des directeur/rice de vol et autorise différentes réclamations et primes pécuniaires du personnel navigant commercial.
Participe sur le plan des mesures durgence et supporte les opérations en contexte de situation irrégulière et/ou urgente.
Accompagne et contribue au développement du personnel navigant commercial pour quils atteignent et excèdent les niveaux des performances prévus via une approche constructive en lien avec la culture dentreprise ;
Assure une vigie sur les dossiers dassiduité du personnel navigant commercial tout en appliquant la politique des contrôles médicaux.
En collaboration avec les conseillers en relations de travail le superviseur du service en vol est appelé à enquêter dans le cadre de dossier disciplinaire / administratif à siéger des rencontres et à se prononcer sur le véridique de certains dossiers disciplinaires / administratifs.
Participe au processus de dotation du personnel navigant commercial.
Représente lemployeur en participant au sein dun ou plusieurs comités locaux de lorganisation (Santé et sécurité service uniforme etc.).
Deux (2) années dexpérience en gestion/supervision demployés en milieu syndiqué (un atout important) ;
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Outlook Excel Word Teams);
Excellent français et anglais autant à loral quà lécrit ;
Horaire flexible et les heures irrégulières font partie intégrante du travail (matin soir week-end et les jours fériés) en plus doffrir des périodes de disponibilités sur appel.
Compléter avec succès la formation initiale du personnel navigant commercial.
Doit être en mesure dobtenir et de conserver une carte didentification en zone réglementée daéroport (exige un historique traçable de 5 ans une vérification des antécédents criminels et la citoyenneté canadienne ou une carte de résident permanent).
