Role Purpose The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for building, optimizing, and leading end-to-end supply chain operations to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This role translates sales forecasts into actionable purchasing and production plans, drives alignment across functions, and ensures inventory, supply, and production strategies are executed with precision. The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in connecting strategy to execution, ensuring the organization can scale effectively while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, including make vs. Lead supply and demand planning processes while optimizing inventory levels and overall material flow
Design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain processes, systems, and inventory structures to support scalability
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (SQDC: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost), driving continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
Develop and manage supplier relationships to improve performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness
Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain and production control team, building capability and driving accountability
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the function
Manage the supply chain budget and lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels
Champions continuous improvement and operational excellence
Commercially minded with a strong focus on operational performance and efficiency
Leads, coaches, and develops team members to strengthen capability and performance
Applies a forward-thinking, systems-level perspective to supply chain operations
Anticipates risks, challenges, and opportunities to inform decision-making
Aligns supply chain initiatives with broader business goals
Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement
Uses data, metrics, and insights to guide decisions and measure success
Champions continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
Balances cost, quality, and service to achieve sustainable performance
Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or production planning
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Knowledge of supplier relationship management and vendor performance optimization
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
