Were a family of four with two wonderful boys. My husband and I both work full-time, and occasionally we have overlapping work events that require evening childcare. Wed also love the occasional date nightmovies or dinnerso were hoping to find a sitter we can build an ongoing relationship with.
Both kids attend Montessori school full-time and do well with routine. One of our boys is more calm and thoughtful, while the other is energetic and loves to stay active. After school, their routine is usually snack time, some play or downtime, dinner, and then their bedtime routine. They respond well to clear expectations and a warm, steady approach.
