BinSentry is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our platform infrastructure and critical systems. Our critical systems are robust and wide-ranging, and support our fast-growing engineering, design, sales, operations, finance, and customer success teams. We are looking for an individual with a strong focus on system design, data analysis, and operational excellence, who can adapt to diverse technical and business challenges and work within a high-growth, high-pace environment.
Manage the critical systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical debt reduction, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
Analyze platform performance metrics and critical systems usage data to evaluate effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and inform infrastructure and tooling investments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating technical discussions and gathering requirements with engineering teams.
- Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Experience with field service management, ERP, accounting, and sales management software.
Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or other platform development.
