Health and Safety Manager Safety
$99k - $139k par annéeWe are seeking an experienced (Senior level) Safety/EHS Manager with strong experience in manufacturing to lead safety and environmental programs that exceed compliance standards and promote a strong safety culture in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs aligned with WorkSafeBC and federal safety regulations
Lead the Joint Health and Safety Committee and oversee claims, inspections, and incident investigations
Manage emergency response, fire safety, and environmental compliance programs
Conduct safety audits, deliver training, and maintain EHS documentation and reporting
Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with provincial and federal requirements
Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC, the Workers Compensation Act, and Canadian safety legislation
Proven leadership, communication, and training skills
