We’re currently hiring motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our summer painting crew. As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work on a variety of residential painting projects, gaining valuable experience while working outdoors in a supportive, student-led environment.

Complete Interior, Exterior, and Deck Painting ProjectsLearn how to properly prep, paint, and finish different surfaces, including wood, aluminum, vinyl, and drywall. You’ll gain full knowledge of industry-standard painting techniques and job site procedures.

Travel to Various Job SitesOur projects take place throughout Bowmanville, Newcastle, and Courtice, so painters must be comfortable commuting between different homes and neighbourhoods. Work Safely at HeightsMany of our jobs involve multi-story homes, so painters will frequently be required to use ladders and other equipment. You’ll be trained in ladder safety and will be expected to follow all safety protocols on site.

Maintain Job Site Quality & CleanlinessYou’ll be expected to help keep each worksite clean, organized, and professional—leaving a great impression with every client.

You’ll be working alongside fellow students and team leaders to complete projects efficiently, with an emphasis on communication and mutual support.
