Technology Integration Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, modular integrations and automation solutions between internal systems and third-party platforms, including ERP and finance systems
Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather requirements, assess risks, and set delivery milestones
Participate in on-call rotation to monitor system health, improve logging and error-handling, and resolve root causes of production issue
Months 1-2: Ramp up on the team's existing integration ecosystem, internal tooling, coding standards, and 3P systems in use.
Months 3-4: Take ownership of at least one active integration project; begin participating in on-call rotation.
Integration solutions are delivered on time, well-tested, and require minimal rework post-launch
Code review feedback is actionable, constructive, and consistently appliedDocumentation quality improves for at least one owned system or automation workflow within the first 6 months
Proficiency in at least one software language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) with experience building automation and integration solutions

• solid understanding of integration practices including REST, SOAP, and related API technologies
• NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or similar), with the ability to bridge gaps between vendor platforms and internal business processes
• able to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
