Retail Merchandiser Contract

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation with an hourly pay rate of $20 per hour. The Merchandiser is responsible for performing merchandising activities, constructing displays and stocking of SGWS products in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. The Merchandiser will install promotional point-of-sale materials to achieve display objectives and stock products as needed.
Introduce and sell in new product distribution, direct delivery orders, and consult with buyers, marketing and sellers related to product positioning and presentation plans
Stay abreast of business/market conditions, recognize new opportunities within each account, maintain the necessary territory records and support the territory manager’s visibility and market saturation in the account
Introduce new products, reinforce established and agreed upon case volume and display activity and monitor in store promotion results
Participates in Market Blitz’s as required
Maintain positive relationships with retail customers
Install point-of-sale materials as directed
Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers’ license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws
