Licensed Diesel Mechanic Day Shift

MasterTech is on the search for a Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic (on-road or off-road) in Calgary, AB.
The successful Diesel Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of diesel trucks and equipment in a shop setting.
Compensation:
- $40.00 - $45.00/hour. Higher wages available based on experience. Periodic performance reviews and raises available.
- $2,500.00 sign on bonus.
- Around $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 available from quarterly profit sharing + training/annual bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, etc.

- Quarterly profit sharing opportunities.

- 2 weeks vacation, sick days and personal days.
Shift:
~ Day shift, Monday to Friday. 7AM start time. Overtime available.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, etc.).
- Previous experience with a heavy equipment or diesel truck dealership preferred.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Valid driver's license in good standing required.
- Has basic to full set of hand tools.
