As HR Assistant, you will support the day-to-day People Team operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience and be an integral part in the employee lifecycle including onboarding and performance management processes.

Administer and manage performance review process
Assist Health & Safety Team by facilitating meetings, taking notes, conducting office safety checks and following up on processes for safety and compliance
Develop and update policies and procedures to comply with legislation
Support day-to-day employee relations
Provide HR best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research
'1-2 years of administrative or human resources support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and high comfort with learning new technologies
