This work is centered on organizing work into defined packages and moving it through a corporate gate process. To execute this mandate effectively, the Department must work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and department heads support their efforts to create accurate project charters and execution plans. A high degree of analysis and project planning, problem solving is requisite.
In some cases, solving the problem will require members of the Department taking short term action or responsibility for a specified special mandate.
In short, the team is tasked with making sure ensuring that approved corporate projects are organized and run smoothly, completed on time, and on budget.
Reporting to the Senior Producer and Director of Logistics, the Producer will have multiple responsibilities. First, the Producer will be called upon as a trusted advisor and contributor to departmental planning, with emphasis on procedural and process inputs. Second, the Producer will be responsible for ensuring that the Senior Producer’s planning directives are implemented operationally. In addition to the execution of the foregoing, the Producer will also be required to take stewardship of agreed upon projects. Finally, the Producer will be responsible for the activity of the EERS test center.
To assist the Producer in their multiple function role, the position will have a Production Coordinator (admin support) assigned to support them. For efficiency for the administration of the Test Center Human Trial Clinician will report directly to the Producer.
Contribute to departmental planning
Support definition and planning initiatives of senior management, stakeholders and department heads.
Work with the Senior Producer to coordinate and make sure that they organize Company work flow into work package.
Serve as an internal gate check for Green light sign off
Guide and supervise Test Center activity
Keep internal alignment on plan status with senior management, department heads, and staff.
Education and work experience
~ Bachelor’s degree or certification in Project Management or equivalent experience.

Effective written and verbal skills in English and French
Technology Savvy and Agile Management; good knowledge of project management software. Knowledge of Click-Up and Harvest are considered an asset.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
