Are you an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with intermediate-to-expert level Kroll experience who is immediately available for a brief assignment to support patient care?
Are you keen on leveraging your service skills by phone to support patients, ensuring they receive their medications on-time?
Are you available Monday-to-Friday (9am - 5pm) for the next few weeks to help our client's pharmacy team during a busy period? This assignment will start immediately and last for approximately one month (there is potential for extension, but this may end-up being a short-term assignment only).
If you excel in a high-energy environment where your communication abilities, Kroll experience, pharmacy assistant-aligned medication knowledge basics and technical proficiency are essential, we want to connect with you - the process involves an interview (telephone) to assess technical skills and abilities. This role is conditional on clearing a criminal background check, completion of online H&S training, providing supervisory reference(s) and legal eligibility to work full-time hours in Canada (there is no part-time option here).

As a Pharmacy Assistant / Coordinator, your daily activities will center on communication with patients about their prescription needs and related logistics to ensure delivery is coordinated appropriately. Supporting a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls utilizing the phone system - looking-up information using Kroll software
Organizing and scheduling deliveries through specialized software.
Addressing patient and client questions via telephone and email (specifically MS Outlook).
You may support the processing of reimbursement transactions directly within Kroll (any billing and adjudication experience is valued but we are open to talent who are available for a temporary assignment who have primarily used Kroll for basic entry (expiry, DIN) and have supported patient service by phone)
Maintaining clear and effective dialogue with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal colleagues using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.

Recent experience using Kroll pharmacy software at an intermediate-to-expert level
Strong communication skills are required for this position as service is provided by telephone
Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially using Outlook).
Prior experience utilizing telephone systems, scheduling platforms, and internal messaging tools (such as MS Teams) will ensure you are well-positioned for success.
Must be capable of working 100% on-site in Calgary - south
