Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Manager Supply Chain Modernization to lead and support the modernization of supply chain in alignment with our target operating model and upcoming ERP requirements. This role will be central to transforming how we operate integrating new processes with enabling technologies and driving sustainable changes across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) with deep expertise in process design implementation and change management. Strong facilitation and project management skills are essential to ensure delivery against the modernization roadmap.

Provide expertise and oversight in data-related activities for ERP readiness including data cleansing mapping migration and sustainment.
Lead Lean and Six Sigma (Black Belt) initiatives to drive efficiency eliminate redundancies and enhance process quality.
Support change management initiatives including stakeholder engagement training and communication planning.
Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and deliverables to achieve key modernization milestones
ERP planning tools automation platforms).

PMP or equivalent project management certification. (8 years of experience in process re-engineering and improvement business transformation or operational excellence.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of MRP Material Requirements Planning (MRP)processes and system requirements.

The base salary range considers many factors including but not limited to experience education and training including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods.
