Role Overview :As the Franchise Development Manager, you will lead efforts to expand Nawab's BBQ through franchise sales while driving local store marketing initiatives that empower our franchise partners. You will act as the key liaison between the corporate brand and franchisees, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and supporting administrative tasks for our Brand Manager.
Franchise Sales & Development
Franchise Development Manager Location: Mississauga Company: As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Franchise Development Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our franchise network while supporting our existing franchise locations and brand operations.
Identify, engage, and convert prospective franchise candidates through proactive outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate franchise agreements and documentation.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise leads through market research and networking.
Local Store Marketing & Franchise Support
Partner with franchisees to plan and execute local store marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
Assist franchisees with marketing assets, local event participation, and community engagement strategies.
Brand Management Support & Administrative Tasks
Support the Brand Manager in daily administrative tasks, including tracking franchise performance, preparing reports, and coordinating communication.
Maintain accurate franchise records, databases, and CRM systems.
Coordinate franchise meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
Assist in the development and distribution of franchise marketing materials and brand communications.
Qualifications: Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development — preferably within the foodservice or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of local store marketing principles and franchise business models.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative duties efficiently.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and marketing platforms.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
