We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes.

Shift Schedule
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW (TIG) welding on various materials
Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Journeyman Welder Certification or minimum 3rd year apprenticeship
Proven experience with FCAW and GMAW welding (GTAW/TIG preferred for Journeyman)
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Experience using shears and press brakes is considered an asset
Willingness to work overtime (weekdays and/or weekends) as required
