Hospitality/Food Service Supervisor

Aramark is a world leader in the provision of award-winning food services, and we are recruiting Food Service Managers for our culinary operations. We are looking for a candidates with a strong passion for the industry, as well as the know how to build, direct, and manage a team.

Successful applicants will be skilled in organization, professionalism, and giving direction. These positions involve the supervision of staff, helping to plan, organize and direct all aspects of the food service operations on a day-to-day basis within a busy environment.
Ranges between $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits and Pension options

Manage the day-to-day food service operation, delegate tasks, motivate and coach staff

• Manage and direct food production planning, waste management, record keeping, and follow up
• Ensure food safety standards and HACCP are followed
• Proactively manage food and labor cost controls
• Recruitment, training, and orientation of staff
• Responsible for staff scheduling and filling shifts as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management from time to time

A minimum of 2-3 years management experience in a food service environment

• Strong organizational and team building skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Power Point and Word
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours is essential including evenings and weekends
