Ceres Industries is growing, and we are looking for motivated, quick-learning individuals to join our production team. These roles offer hands-on experience operating production lines in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $22/hour during training, with increases based on skill progression. The length of the training period will vary depending on the individuals ability to acquire the required competencies, but usually lasting a period of 3 months.
Strong English communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and workplace safety.
As a member of our production and warehousing team, you will engage with a range of mechanical systems to assist in the manufacturing, palletizing, warehousing, and shipping of bagged and block salt products. Our facility utilizes robotic palletizing systems, and production personnel operate forklifts to manage inventory and logistics. While forklift experience is an asset, it is not a requirementwere willing to train the right candidate.
Position Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a good level of physical fitness is essential
Open to both male and female applicants
Flexibility to work early morning or late-day shifts, with opportunities for overtime and hourly incentives
Standard shift hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (rotation), and weekend on-call shifts (rotation).
