Jardeg is recruiting Scaffolder Journeypersons to join Heartland Constructors at the CNRL Horizon site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Scaffolder Journeyperson rate is $49.37/hr. This scope is to support pre-work and an upcoming turnaround. The shift rotation is 21 days on, 7 days off during prework and 6 days on, 1 day off during the turnaround. Camp accommodation and charter flights (from Calgary or Edmonton) are provided by the company.

As a Scaffolder Journeyperson you will be expected to do but are not limited to the following tasks:
Communicate effectively with both staff and supervision to ensure expectations are met
Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards
Demonstrate safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments
Prioritize daily workload and manage materials efficiently
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
Basic Rigging
Knowledge of isometric drawings an asset
Good mathematical, scientific, mechanical and logical reasoning abilities
