Client Service Manager (h/f/d)

Customer Relations Manager Location Toronto, ON : We are in the business of owning, managing, and developing properties in Toronto. Corresponds with lawyers, construction, customer care, project management, and sales operations, to ensure builder meets Tarion timelines (checks in with on-site progress, and legal updates on APS).
Keeps track of substantial project timelines: Tarion dates, zoning, construction, purchaser financing deadlines, outstanding MPA/NSF, occupancies, building registration, closings etc.
Communicates with purchasers looking to escalate complaints unusual mutual releases or delay requests (ex. Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years' work experience in an onsite full-time Customer Relations Management role or related.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Mandarin could be an asset.
