Ready to step up in your retail career? TalentWorld is partnering with a fast-growing, national wellness retailer is looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager in downtown Toronto to develop into our next great leader.
You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced Store Manager, learning every aspect of running a successful, high-performing store. Support daily store operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Learn inventory management, merchandising, pricing & stock control
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
- Support promotions and merchandising that drive results
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer concerns with confidence
Assist with scheduling, onboarding & training
- Help build a positive, motivated, high-performing team
- Support coaching and performance development initiatives
Financial & Administrative Skills
- Assist with inventory ordering & receiving
- Training & Development
- Complete structured training modules
- 4-5 years of experience in retail or a similar role
- Previous customer service or supervisory experience
- A passion for retail operations and leadership growth
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Comfort with computers and POS systems
