Préparer les bars assignés et assurer l’approvisionnement en bières, vins, spiritueux, produits en papier, pailles, agitateurs, condiments, verres, glaçons et fruits et légumes
Maintenir les stocks, préparer et entreposer toutes les garnitures de fruits et légumes frais, les jus et autres denrées périssables pour assurer la qualité des produits
être vigilant par rapport au contrôle des portions
Vérifier les pièces d’identité des clients au bar
Respecter les règlements provinciaux et de l’entreprise concernant le service de boissons alcoolisés aux mineurs et aux clients intoxiqués
Disposer les bouteilles et les verres de façon à maintenir une belle présentation au bar
Une expérience de travail préalable à titre de barman est un atout
