Assistant Building Manager

$35k per year

Our client is a well-established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Resident Manager to join their organization. In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance, including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and showing of vacant suites, as well as cleaning.
If you enjoy being part of a high-performing team with a work-hard play-hard culture and have a strong background in property management, we want to hear from you. Our client offers a stable work environment and an excellent rotating schedule.
Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
Maintenance of outdoor landscape, shovelling walkways, etc.
Rent collection and issuing of tenant notices
All other administrative duties as required
Experience as a “Live-In” Building Manager within High Rise residential
Strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
