Electrician with Maintenance

Install troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring fixtures lighting and distribution systems

Perform regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety reliability and compliance with provincial codes and regulations.

Test emergency systems such as fire alarms exit lighting and communication wiring.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.

Work collaboratively with camp management maintenance teams and outside contractors when necessary.

Preforming commissioning of installed equipment.

Based at a remote or seasonal camp environment.

Exposure to outdoor elements and varied weather conditions.

Competitive wage based on certification and experience.

Accommodation and meals are provided on-site.

Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Red Seal preferred; Apprentice with strong experience may be considered).

Proven knowledge of electrical codes standards and safety procedures.

Ability to work independently and problem-solve in remote or outdoor environments.

Experience with generators and temporary power setups an asset.
