Position Summary (RN Casual)
You coordinate and supervise the activities and duties of care aides and those who deliver direct resident care. Duties include assisting in care and monitoring to ensure senior care meets established standards, regulations, legislated policies, Benevolence Care Centre procedures and best practices. Benevolence Care Centre provides resident-focused care while maintaining resident respect, dignity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA).
- 2 – 3 years of Long-Term Care experience is an asset.
- Additional training and previous experience in the care of frail elderly is an asset.
- Current First Aid and CPR
