Company Description Mindsession Intercultural Psychology is dedicated to providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments with a focus on cultural diversity and humanistic values. Our diverse team of psychologists works collaboratively to support clients from various backgrounds dealing with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational issues. In addition to one-on-one therapy, we offer workshops, training programs, and corporate consulting services. The Administrative Intake Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Montreal, QC. Responsibilities include managing the intake process for new clients, overseeing client billing and profiles, supporting clinicians in their day-to-day, and assisting with onboarding new clinicians, among other tasks. It’s a dynamic position with a good balance of administrative intake coordination and team collaboration.
The role involves managing client intake processes, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, coordinating with therapists, and maintaining accurate client records. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
Fluency in both English and French is an asset

Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve) à l’accueil et aux admissions est un poste hybride à temps plein basé à Montréal, QC. Ce rôle joue un rôle important dans le soutien de notre équipe clinique et dans l’assurance d’une expérience fluide et positive pour nos clients. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion du processus d’admission des nouveaux clients, la supervision de la facturation et des dossiers clients, le soutien aux cliniciens dans leurs tâches quotidiennes, ainsi que l’accompagnement de l’intégration des nouveaux cliniciens, entre autres. Il s’agit d’un poste dynamique offrant un bon équilibre entre coordination administrative des admissions et collaboration d’équipe.
Le poste comprend la gestion des processus d’accueil et d’admission des clients, l’offre d’un excellent service à la clientèle, la planification des rendez-vous, la coordination avec les thérapeutes et le maintien de dossiers clients précis et à jour. Les responsabilités incluent également l’évaluation des besoins en santé mentale des clients potentiels et la recommandation des services et cliniciens appropriés au sein de la clinique, ou l’orientation vers des ressources externes lorsque nécessaire. Expérience en gestion de cas et capacité à gérer les tâches d’accueil, d’intégration et de planification des rendez-vous

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, un atout important
