Server/Host (Full-Time)

In this role, you'll coordinate seating, assist with special requests, and maintain a smooth and efficient flow in the restaurant, all while upholding the highest standards of service and safety.
Position Type: Permanent
Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
Coordinate the dining room's seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience
Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
