General Manager Hospitality Services

As the General Manager for our large multi-unit Campus site you will lead and direct your team through their daily activities while ensuring a strong safety culture. You will also manage our client contract ensuring we are delivering our world class service and exceeding expectations.
Achieve financial goals through daily analysis of key KPIs of business operations and monthly business reviews
Proactive planning of future business growth plans including expansion of scope of services
Client Relationships & Contract Management
Provide local leadership and strategic direction to build client relationships and new business opportunities to enhance profitability
Build long-term relationships with client that add value and are based on mutual trust and partnership model
Ensure contract delivery including commercial and legal terms and conditions of the contract and deliver to the SLA(s) and standards required
Carry out regular contract performance revisions and internal compliance audits and checks to support the delivery of Goal Zero for the account and Sodexo compliance
Strong employee relations through the ability to manage diverse teams by leading by example
Active participant in full HR life cycle (recruitment onboarding training performance rewarding career development etc.)
Foster a strong health and safety culture for our employees and our clients and customers
Encourage diversity and inclusion
Advocate for corporate social responsibility
Drive creative innovation
Desire for continuous improvement and growth in compliance with operating standards
Service Spirit Spirit of Progress and Team Spirit
5 -7 years of General Manager/Hospitality management experience working with Food Service and Hospitality high volume environments

• Strong financial and cost control experience
• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership and line management skills and the ability to build lead and motivate a team
• A good level of operational and support experience; Experience of managing a budget and interpreting financial and key performance indicator information
• Strong organisational skills and ability to react to suit operational support requirements must be able to organise time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Competent IT skills including MS office
• Bilingual French/English (oral/written) is a strong asset
