The Field Service Developer is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the Field Service business by implementing CRM best practices. This role focuses on delivering an intuitive user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms while monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure consistency and data accuracy throughout all platforms.
Manager Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote.

Designing and sustaining dependable real-time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools
Developing a field service management platform that exemplifies best-in-class standards for our users

Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms
At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning
At least 3 years in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development

Platform User Experience Designer Certification
Service Cloud experience
