We are looking for a Service
candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager
customers and gathering the required information to identify the vehicle
Advise customers on
on vehicle history, time and mileage and provides the finance office
completes a repair order, verifying customer information, preferred
open recalls and campaigns and provides customer with an expected time
frame for completion.
~ Verifies the scope of
Monitors the progress of the
work and keeps customers informed regarding the status of their
day to day performance
~ Dealer-FX on all customers pay repair orders and accurately orders
of the work and charges to the customer.
~ 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive
oral communication and a focus on excellent customer service.

Must be computer literate
and/or Dealer-FX is considered an asset
