Real Estate Market Administrator

Lead real estate strategy, portfolio planning, and optimization
Conduct market analysis, trends research, and competitive reviews
Identify and secure new sites aligned with growth objectives
Drive lease negotiations for new and existing locations
Partner with senior leadership on long-term portfolio strategy
Analyze economic and real estate data to guide decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally to align real estate with business goals

A successful Director of Real Estate should have:
- 8-10 years in commercial real estate / retail leasing
- Strong knowledge of Canadian real estate markets
- Proven experience in site selection and lease negotiation
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and influencing decisions
- Willingness to travel regularly
