Billing / Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers
Assist in invoice preparation and billing
Reconcile bank statements
Support senior accountants with reports
Maintain proper financial documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software
Attention to detail
Good Excel skills
