We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to design and deliver scalable, high-performance customer communication and document solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams, ownership of technical architecture, and hands-on leadership across the delivery lifecycle. Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient-based implementations.
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards for projects.
Own solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment.
Technical Leadership & Governance
Provide technical leadership and governance to onshore and offshore development teams.
Ensure adherence to Quadient development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Review designs and implementations to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability.
Drive production readiness, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities.
Support project planning by contributing accurate estimates, timelines, and technical inputs.
Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and key project milestones as required.
Strong understanding of CCM concepts , document composition, data mapping, and output management.
Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL .
Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and support solution planning.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and solution architects.
Experience leading and guiding offshore development teams.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines .
Prior customer-facing or consulting experience.
