About the role:
If you're passionate about creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences —and want your work to make a real-world difference—this is your chance. In this role, you'll lead UX initiatives for new and existing products, collaborating closely with users, engineers, and product managers to turn complexity into clarity and insights into innovation .
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Lead efforts to understand how customers use our digital tools —and how we can make them better
Design and test prototypes that help shape the future of water treatment and environmental solutions
Translate insights into product features that improve usability, satisfaction, and performance
Drive full-cycle UX development from ideation to launch, and help teams stay on track and aligned
Use wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and other tools to bring ideas to life and rally stakeholders
Identify UX patterns in legacy products to inform smarter strategies for future development
The essential requirements of the job include:
3+ years' experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools to develop and test concepts .
Solid UX research skills : interviews, surveys, data analysis, reporting
Experience leading projects from start to finish, ideally within Agile environments
Comfortable working with product owners to align priorities and backlog
Preferred: Certifications in UX/UI design (bonus if you're also PMP certified)
Willingness to travel up to 10%
