We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support RunBuggy’s Canadian customers . In this role, you will provide outstanding service through phone, video, and written communication (email and text), working directly with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, provide education, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service. Order entry and sourcing
Oversight of client order entry for accuracy and pricing.
Proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience searching and using the internet required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Automotive, logistics, or transportation experience a plus.
Understanding of performance-based metrics.
Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting along with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
